How long does it take to complete an order?
The time it takes to complete an order depends on the size and details of the item(s) that you purchase. Processing time can range from 1-4 weeks after the purchase date. The weeks are counted in business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, holidays are not included.

If you are ordering items for a vacation, trip or event, we suggest ordering at least one month in advance. Please submit a message on the Contact page that includes your deadline before purchasing so that I can confirm if it can be done.

Do you accept rush orders?
All orders are completed in the order that they are placed. Rush orders needed within two weeks are accepted if my schedule permits for an additional $25 on top of the fee for item or items purchased.  Please submit a message on the Contact page that includes your deadline before purchasing so that I can confirm if it can be done.

Are partial payments accepted?
Partial payments are not accepted, the order must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary according to location and are estimated to be 2-7 business days from the date shipped. We ship Monday-Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your personal tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order's journey. 

Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it. Add us to your contacts to make sure you don't miss an email.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of my business and customer preferences after the pandemic, I do not accept returns.

Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds. Please consider before purchasing that all products are handmade by yours truly, AD. There may sometimes be some flaws, but all items are checked for damages before shipping. If you have a problem with your order, you have up to one week from the date that you receive your order to contact me through the Contact page or via message on my Facebook business page @AD The Creatrix so that we can figure out a solution.
